Where Are We Now?

Oh my it's been a long time since I have last posted. Cooper is now mobile which makes my life harder and busier, so sorry about that. Let's see...Coop is now 10 months old, crawling, pulling up, ready to kill himself at any moment:) This is such a dangerous age. We had our first choking incident (a penny) and hope to never have one again! We have had lots of face plants, bumps, bruises and crying the last couple of weeks. AND when Cooper cries Hunter starts crying because he doesn't want to see his brother hurt and as he told me today...Cooper crying reminds him of when he was a baby and he remembers crying so he is crying because he was crying then...does that make sense???? Geez!!!!!!!! It is officially summer in our house, school is out (NOOOOOOOOO!) and we are very busy but not busy enough to keep an almost 6 year old entertained and poor Coop is just along for the ride...
Hope to keep posting more for everyone. Enjoy some pics!

I Dare You NOT to Laugh Out Loud!

Whenever I hear it, I stop and smile. No matter what I'm doing, how bad of a day I'm having, or how many hours of sleep I've gotten the night before, it instantly puts me in a good mood. I am talking about the sound of laughter...my children's to be exact! I have too many cute movies to share, so I decided to put a couple together that have that contagious sound...laughter!

Look Alikes?

I was looking through pictures and realized that I had a picture of Hunter and a picture of Cooper that were almost identical in their age and what they were doing.
I thought I would post them and see if you think they look alike?

Mean Jelly Bean!

Cooper has been doing this mean/serious face for a couple of weeks now, and I have finally got it on video today for all to see. He has also started clapping, which I got and he started this new thing tonight where he puts his head down on his shoulder. It is all too cute for words! So, here you go...ENJOY!

February Update

My how time flies. I am sorry I haven't posted lately, but the computer has been messing up and I have actually forgotten about it too! We are very busy in this house and it's getting busier. Cooper is now almost 7 months. He can sit up, is eating us out of the house, is trying to get his first tooth and overall is just a wonderful baby! Hunter is busy being Hunter. He loves school, he was just star of the week, he is learning how to add with and without his fingers and loves our new dartboard. Drew is just trying to work and make us money! It's scary when you are in the aircraft industry, but we are holding on so far. I am just busy being a mommy. I enjoyed a few hours out with some friends last week and even got a pedicure the week before, so I am good for another couple weeks. Just don't tell Drew that! I enjoy staying home, but also miss the adult interaction. I just make myself get out of the house or I get stir crazy!!! I love being home with my boys and wouldn't trade it for anything. We just finished our basement and LOVE it! No more bright yellow walls and shag carpet from 1979. I included a picture of Drew's hard work! It's mostly just toys down there, but there's a couch and tv, when I kick the boys downstairs. So nice, to have a place to kick them too!!!
I am going to work on downloading a video of Cooper making his "serious" faces, but until then, here are some pictures from the last couple weeks! ENJOY!

Happy New Year

We hope everyone is ringing in the New Year with health and happiness on their side! We are just scooting along in our little world here. Hunter has started back at school, thank goodness, he was getting very bored here at home. Drew is back at work, which is a bummer, as I enjoyed his help. AND well Cooper, he's just busy growing and getting chubby, so life is good for him! Coop has had a cold/cough for the last week and I am hoping we are on the mend. I am staying busy keeping up with everyone again and I am trying to get us back into a routine. We had a great time with the holidays this year. It's nice to throw a baby back into the mix of things. Hunter got everything he wanted from Santa, even though we had to call Santa a few times, he managed to pull through and be a good enough boy to not get any coal. I think Santa was focusing on the good big brother part for this year! We have lots of pictures to share and I need to get busy uploading my videos, but that will have to wait until next time. I am also trying to get a special blog ready for an important event coming up, so stay tuned...
